Existing and verified Ryde driver-partners will automatically be enrolled-in. New to Ryde? Here’s how you can qualify for 0% Commission from the day your account is verified.
Terms & Conditions:
• New driver-partners must sign up and complete verification by 2025, to qualify for 0% Commission.
• Submitting profiles with invalid or inaccurate information will lead to strict ineligibility for 0% Commission.
• Upon successful verification of your account, you will be able to enjoy 0% Commission on all your trips from the verification date till 31 December 2025
• 0% Commission is only applicable to PDVL and TDVL drivers.
• Ryde reserves the right to modify, withdraw, and/or revise any part of these terms and conditions of the promotion at its discretion and without prior notice
Frequently Asked Questions
Driver-partners inactive for over a year must appeal for reactivation. To request reactivation, kindly email [email protected] using your registered mobile number to indicate your reactivation request.
All reactivation fees for inactive drivers will be waived until December 31, 2024. Driver ratings and cancellation rates will reset to 4.90 and 0% respectively. Please allow up to 48 hours for processing upon a successful appeal.
To maintain an active Ryde driver account, at least one trip must be completed within 1 year.
