As a platform driver, you play an important role in keeping our work environment safe, fair, and trusted. By following the rules and staying alert, you help protect yourself, fellow drivers, and customers.
What You Should Do
1. Accept jobs only through approved platforms.
Always take rides or delivery jobs that are officially assigned through your registered platform.
2. Ensure your account is used only by you.
Your account is personal. Using someone else’s account or letting others use yours is not allowed.
3. Keep your documents valid and updated.
Make sure your licence, vehicle details, and insurance are always current.
3. Follow safety and traffic rules.
Drive safely, obey traffic laws, and prioritise your own safety and that of others.
4. Report suspicious or illegal activities.
If you see or hear about illegal platform work, reporting it helps protect everyone.
What You Should Not Do
1. Do not accept off-platform jobs
Avoid taking private rides or delivery jobs that are not assigned through an approved platform.
2. Do not share or rent out your account.
Account sharing is illegal and may result in enforcement action.
3. Do not operate without proper approval.
Driving or delivering without valid registration or permits puts you at risk.
4. Do not encourage or support illegal services.
To protect yourself and others, please avoid promoting or taking part in any unlicensed or unauthorised services.
