As part of our 7 Driver Commitments to continuously support our driver-partners, we are excited to introduce 1-Day Leave for our most active driver-partners.
This initiative is designed to support our most active driver-partners by enhancing their overall well-being and mental health, and reducing fatigue. By ensuring our driver-partners are well-rested, we can maintain high levels of service and satisfaction for our passengers.
Terms & Conditions:
1. Cash Award
- A cash award of SGD 150 to offset car rental costs will be credited directly into the eligible Ryde driver-partners’ wallet by the 7th calendar day of the following month.
2. Notification
- Eligible Ryde driver-partners will be notified of their qualification for the scheme via their registered email address.
3. Eligibility
- Ryde driver-partners must be verified and active during the calendar month AND
- Ryde driver-partners must be eligible for the Diamond Bonus during the same calendar month AND
- Ryde driver-partners must complete at least 500 trips within the same calendar month as a base eligibility
4. Modifications
- Ryde reserves the right to modify, withdraw, and/or revise any part of these terms and conditions at its discretion and without prior notice.
5. Disputes
- In the event of any disputes regarding eligibility or rewards, Ryde’s decision will be final and binding.
6. Fraudulent Activities
- Any fraudulent activities, such as falsifying trip completions or breaching the terms of use, will lead to immediate disqualification from the scheme and may result in further actions deemed appropriate by Ryde.
