All existing and verified Ryde driver-partners will automatically be enrolled. For new Ryde driver-partners, sign up with our Ryde Driver App by 2025. Once your documents are reviewed and verified, you will be able enjoy 0% Commission on your all trips till 31 December 2025.
Ryde driver-partners who are inactive for over a year must appeal for account restoration. To request restoration, kindly email [email protected] using your registered mobile number to indicate your restoration request.
All processing fees for inactive drivers will be waived until 31 December 2024. Driver ratings and cancellation rates will reset to 4.90 and 0% respectively. Please allow up to 48 hours for processing upon a successful appeal.
